Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentHost AI (the "Service"), operated by AgentHost AI ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AgentHost AI lets you build, deploy, and host AI agents. New accounts start on our Free plan, which includes 1 AI agent free forever — no credit card required, no time limit. Additional agents and higher message limits are available on paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency), billed on a recurring monthly basis.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

• The Free plan includes 1 AI agent and a monthly message allowance, free forever, with no credit card required.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) unlock additional agents and higher monthly message limits, billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay.
• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan's limits.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build or deploy agents that violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, or abuse.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, or use the Service outside the scope of your plan's stated limits (e.g., agent count or monthly message allowance).

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the instructions, files, and data you upload to build your agents. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentHost AI and its branding, software, and platform remain our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property rights to you, except the limited rights needed to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHost AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
