Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentHost AI (the "Service"), operated by AgentHost AI ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AgentHost AI lets you build, deploy, and host AI agents. New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Trials and Subscriptions

• The free trial provides access to core features for 14 days.
• Paid plans (Pro, Agency) unlock additional features including white-label branding and custom domains, billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay.
• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build or deploy agents that violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, or abuse.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service outside the scope of your plan (e.g., white-label rights are limited to Pro/Agency subscribers).

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the instructions, files, and data you upload to build your agents. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentHost AI and its branding, software, and platform remain our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property rights to you, except the limited rights needed to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHost AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
